Bonolo Molemo Ramokhele
Bonolo Ramokhele holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences as well as an honours degree from Wits University and is
a qualified Chartered Accountant having completed articles at Deloitte and Touche. During the tenure at Deloitte
and Touche, he managed audits for listed and unlisted clients spanning mining, engineering, pension funds, mining
supplies, public sector and technology and also was a member of the firm's Employment Equity Forum in Pretoria.
He sits on the boards of Tungsten Energy South Sudan, African Minerals Trading Company, Tecnation and Teseo Technology
Systems. He is a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers community of leaders. He sits on the boards of the
following organisations, Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants in Southern Africa.
Willem Janse Van Rensburg
Willem serves as the strategy director for Leofortis group. He completed a BCom in Accounting and become Accounting
Honours at the University of Pretoria. He conducted his Chartered Accountancy articles at Deloitte and Touche and also
completing strategic management levels from the Charted Institute for Management Accountants (CIMA). His client base
inside Deloitte comprised the following industries manufacturing, financial services, mining, engineering and renewable
energy companies. He is a director of Teseo Technology Systems, Tungsten Energy South Sudan, African Minerals Trading
Company and Tecnation which are Leofortis Group investee companies.
Nkululeko completed his diploma in advanced Systems Engineering at the Blue Chip Institute of technology in Cape Town. He then
completed various Microsoft technology certifications, amongst them the coveted MCST (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist).
He is currently completing a program on Entrepreneurship at the Business Management School of Management Sciences at Unisa.
He has worked as a technology engineer and as a Business Development Officer. Nkululeko has worked for some of South Africa's
Blue chip companies such as SARS, Engen Petroleum, Sasol and Transnet to name but a few.
He has served as a Management committee (MANCO) member at the BMF Johannesburg branch. He is a founding member of NKUSI-IT
Specialized Services, a Microsoft partner and a Cloud accelerate member at the Microsoft campus in Bryanston. Nkululeko is
also a Business development director at Ntwasahlobo Holdings, an investment entity in the fresh produce sector. His core
duties at this firm are to facilitate high net worth deals with offshore buyers and maintain business critical relationships
with an existing customer base.
Thabile Wonci is a director at African Minerals Trading (Pty) Ltd (AfriMinTra) and is the Chairman and Director in charge of
Finance & Business Strategy for Kogae Rainbow Investment Holdings. He has worked for JP Morgan Investment Bank, British American
Tobacco and Old Mutual Investment Group. He holds a BCom degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Port Elizabeth. He
also holds a Management Development Programme Diploma from Stellenbosch University Business School and he is currently reading for
the CIMA professional qualification (Strategic Level).
At university Thabile served as a Deputy Chairperson of Black Management Forum (BMF) and later as a Chairperson in 2003 and 2004
respectively. Currently he is the Chairperson of the Finance Committee of the BMF nationally. Thabile also served as the Provincial
Treasurer of the BMF in the Western Cape from 2010 – 2012. He led the Investment & Entrepreneurial Subcommittee of the BMF Young
Professionals. He was also a member of the Economic and Financial Development Portfolio Committee of the Cape Chamber of Commerce
from 2011 – 2012.
Themba Tshepo Madi
Themba is the Chief Investment Officer Ikhabe Capital Investments. Themba studied towards a B Com (Business Management) at University
of South Africa and has over 16 years of experience in the financial services arena. He has gained considerate experience in retail
banking, corporate finance, asset based finance and deal structuring, having worked for Wesbank, Standard Bank, Rand Merchant Bank
and Imperial Bank (now division of Nedbank Capital). He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Kianga Capital Limited in
Hong Kong and is highly regarded as a leading specialist in development finance within emerging markets and has been on various Asian
platforms like AVCJ 2012) as a global markets expert speaker.
He also sits on the steering committee for enterprise development in the Zanele Mbeki founded WDB Investment Holdings and has been a
returning mentor and advisor at the GIBS 10 000 Women Certificate Programme sponsored by Goldman Sachs.
He has been honoured as a finalist in the inaugural “Amstel - Salute to Success” campaign. Another accolade was a three page feature
in the 10 Years of Democracy issue the national publication, Enterprise Magazine.
He is a founding member and was a long time director of Young Business for South (YBSA), which seeks to creates a platform where young
South Africans get the opportunity to interact and learn from the leaders of this country. He continues with social involvement through
his involvement as member of YBSA and as founding Chairman of Africa Heritage Society Mining Forum and Ikhabe Investment Safari's. These
initiatives have helped him establish a formidable business and political network across all industry (mining, finance, agriculture,
manufacturing etc) in Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America and the European continent.
AZ “bra Zula” Madi
AZ Madi is a proven high caliber executive and quintessential community builder.
One of the first African Marketing Managers, Stellenbosch Farmers Wineries. Pioneer in black business advancement as a founding director
of Mzamo Moleko Botlestores and Releke Sizame Supermarkets (JV with Score Supermarkets in 1984).
The Mzamo Moleko initiative was a strategic association with SA Breweries, where Mr Madi led the team in negotiations with Norman Adami.
The same was done with Releke Sizame where Mr Madi was Managing Director of Releke Sizame and where the partnership was secured under his
stewardship with then MD of Score Supermarkets, Mr Carlos Dos Santos.
These transactions were the first recorded under significant Black empowerment by these leading listed companies of the day.
Since my retirement, I have devoted my additional time to community development initiatives with Social Development organisations like POWA
He is the current Chairman of Ikhabe Capital Investments, Chairman of Afrimintra and Trustee of Mkhandela Share Trust.
These transactions were the first recorded under significant Black empowerment by these leading listed companies of the day. I have since
devoted my additional time to community development initiatives with Social Development organisations like POWA amongst others.
